v3.70November 4, 2026
- Prospect: set up message templates.
rework_prospector_template_edit creates and updates templates for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Zalo, including gallery cards with images and buttons. WhatsApp and Zalo templates go for review only after you confirm a preview.
- Prospect: edit AI agents.
rework_prospector_agent reads and edits an agent's persona, tone, clarification and handover instructions, its tools and each tool's limits. You see a before/after preview first, because a live agent answers from its next reply. For app admins.
- Prospect: AI skills.
rework_prospector_skill lists, creates, edits, copies, switches and reorders an agent's skills. For app admins.
- Prospect: AI knowledge.
rework_prospector_knowledge adds text, questions and answers or a file for the inboxes you choose, updates them, embeds them again, switches them on or off, and shows what the AI would find for a question. For app admins.
v3.69November 4, 2026
- Reviewed against every v3 app. We checked the tools against each app's current version and fixed what no longer matched. An edit with nothing to change now says so instead of reporting success.
- Sales. Changing a deal's or company's value works again, and clearing an expected close date or probability takes effect. Deal lists filter by status correctly. A new segment keeps its options. A deal's quotes and orders are read-only here; build them in Commerce.
- Project. Moving a backlog idea lands where you asked. Un-pinning, voting and activity history work again. Task types left out of a work-type list are kept. Assignees can see their bookings.
- Field. Plans, batch dispatch, job creation and reports work again, and a job's visit notes save. Changing part of a service's check-in rules keeps the rest.
- Workflow and BPM. Moving, finishing or archiving a job can carry the fields, assignee and reason the stage requires. Long job lists page properly. BPM job fields save.
- Goal, Career, Task. Recording a metric uses the right period, and a period that doesn't fit is refused. Onboarding steps go where you put them. Tasks can name a duty where the queue requires one.
- Workforce, HRIS, Hiring, Timeoff. Plan and budget edits work again. Legal details on an employee save to the right fields. Salaries are in the currency's smallest unit, as stored in the app (USD cents, VND đồng). Delegated leave approvals count as delegated.
- Event. Publishing asks for confirmation before emailing subscribers, and asks where the event should appear. Paid-ticket currencies can be listed. Townhall posts need a title.
- Also fixed. Meeting list filters, Prospect flow tests, Dataset batch saves, Help Center categories, Inventory counted quantities, restarting a Request, and creating an Academy final exam.
v3.68November 4, 2026
- Timeoff - leave that builds up over time. A policy that would earn nothing, or whose yearly and per-period amounts disagree, now gets a plain message and isn't saved. Reading a draft with a yearly amount in plain words now says what it earns each month.
- Timeoff - trying a draft. The preview on sample staff shows everyone as not eligible for now, whatever the rules say. The reply now says so and points to the plain-words check.
v3.67November 4, 2026
- Editing works again across the v3 apps. After the latest app updates, editing records failed with "Unknown edit intent" or "Not found", and some edits were saved only in part. Fixed for Project, Sales, Lead, Commerce, Workflow, Chat, Form, Request, Workforce, Inventory, Event, Hiring, Mail, Office and Academy.
- Clearer answers. A field an app no longer accepts on an edit now gets a plain message and nothing is saved, instead of a success that quietly ignored it.
- Project. Tasks link to a work package rather than a phase, and task types are referenced by id. Planned resource links are gone from the app, so those actions now say so.
- Sales. Quotes and orders are managed in the Commerce app, so linking them from a deal now says so.
- Workforce. Assigning, handing over and vacating a seat follow the app's new position flow. The app no longer stores a reason or notes for these changes.
- Not available for now. Filing a request with a file attached has to be done in the Request app. Retiring an org unit, position or job profile is done in the Workforce app.
v3.66November 4, 2026
- Project - followers.
rework_pj_item has a new toggle_followers action: name the people to change, and each one is added, or removed if already following. The reply says who was added and removed and who follows the task now. A follower can see the task.
- Project - fix. A task created with an assignee now shows that person in the app instead of "Unassigned".
v3.65November 4, 2026
- Timesheet connector (new) at
/v3/timesheet/mcp - set up and run attendance with rework_timesheet_* tools: schedules and patterns, shift blocks and holidays, check-in channels, enrollments, shifts, attendance logs, overtime, shift swaps, timesheet periods up to Review, sending and exporting, and pay rules. The final pay lock stays in the app, where pay is computed.
- Timeoff connector (new) at
/v3/timeoff/mcp - leave with rework_timeoff_* tools: see balances, file a request after a check that shows the days it costs, approve or reject, set up leave policies, enrol people and load opening balances.
- People Ops at
/v3/people/mcp now includes Timesheet and Timeoff.
v3.64November 4, 2026
- Sales - fix. On workspaces running the latest Sales update, opening a deal, account, contact or pipeline and adding a note to a deal failed with "Not found". They work again.
v3.63November 3, 2026
- Chat - read images.
rework_chat_messages can now open the images attached to a message or to a reply in its thread (screenshots, photos - up to 4 at a time), so Claude sees the picture itself, not just its file name. Messages and shared files now mark which attachments are images. Very large images come back as a smaller copy, or as a link.
- Project - attachments (new tool).
rework_pj_attachment shows the files on a task, backlog idea, issue or document, or in its comments: Claude sees the images and gets a download link for other files (PDF, spreadsheets ...).
- Task - files.
rework_tk_comment has a new files action: the files on a task and in its comments, with the images shown to Claude.
- Project - fix. Opening a task, issue, document or other Project record, and reading comments, keep working on workspaces running the latest Project update.
- Chat - fix. On workspaces running the latest Chat update, sending a message, room details and thread replies failed with "Not found". They work again.
v3.62November 3, 2026
- Career connector (new) at
/v3/career/mcp - build onboarding processes with rework_career_* tools: start from the standard steps, add training, team tasks, IT setup, introductions and the day-one schedule, put them in order, fill them from templates, and set the invitation, welcome and announcement emails.
- People Ops at
/v3/people/mcp now includes Career next to HRIS and Hiring.
v3.61November 2, 2026
- Hiring connector (new) at
/v3/hiring/mcp - recruiting with rework_hiring_* tools. Set up pipelines with their stages, labels, reject reasons and sources; write job openings as drafts and publish them after a preview; add candidates, move them through the stages, reject with a reason and leave notes; and read the hiring funnel, sources and time to hire.
- People Ops at
/v3/people/mcp now includes Hiring next to HRIS.
v3.60November 2, 2026
- Sales - a note goes to the deal's activity. When your AI writes a note on a deal with
rework_sl_deal_activity, it now appears in the deal's activity, beside its calls and meetings - where you read and edit notes in the app. Notes were being filed in the deal's discussion instead. A note can carry a colour, and editing one keeps its colour and anything you did not change. Comments on the discussion are still written from the same tool, under their own name.
v3.59October 31, 2026
- HRIS connector (new) at
/v3/hris/mcp - your HR records, with rework_hris_* tools. Set up workspaces, offices, employee types, pay policies and contract types; add and update employees - work info, personal and legal details, pay and bank; write contracts and send them for e-signature after a preview; and import a whole company from rows - employees and their details, contracts, policies, leaves - with a check that saves nothing before the real run.
- People Ops at
/v3/people/mcp is now available, starting with HRIS. Hiring, Career and Interview join as they ship.
v3.58October 29, 2026
- Commerce - discounts, taxes and fees. Two new tools look after the discounts, taxes and fees your quotes pick from.
rework_commerce_finance_get lists them, opens one in full and shows which ones a quote can pick right now. rework_commerce_finance_edit creates and edits them and switches them on or off: discounts by percent or fixed amount, for one line or the whole quote, with dates, conditions and buy-X-get-Y promotions; tax rates added on top or included in the price, and tax groups; flat or percent fees before or after tax. Every change is shown to you first and saved only after you say OK; new items start as drafts. For Commerce admins; nothing is deleted.
v3.57October 26, 2026
- Safer sign-in. The sign-in page now shows which app is asking for access to your account and the address it returns to, so you can tell a connection you started from one you didn't. Sign-in also completes only for the AI apps the connector supports - Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Cursor, Google Antigravity, Microsoft Copilot Studio and apps on your own computer such as Claude Code.
v3.56October 26, 2026
- Commerce - legal entities and document setup. Selling from several companies? Two new tools set them up.
rework_commerce_entity creates and edits the legal entities printed on your quotes and invoices - name, tax id, address, country, currency. rework_commerce_service creates quote, invoice and payment services or changes their settings: the default company, document numbering, quote validity, payment terms, the invoice and payment services a quote uses, and the bank accounts or payment gateways a payment service offers. For Commerce admins; nothing is archived or deleted.
v3.55October 26, 2026
- Mail - create and edit email templates. New
rework_mail_template: describe an email and your AI saves it as a template in Mail, or edits one of yours. Merge fields such as the recipient's first name, your name, the company name, or a deal or lead's details are written with Mail's own fields, so they show and fill in exactly like the ones you insert in the app. Keep a template to yourself, share it with chosen teammates, or (for Mail admins) with everyone. Templates are never deleted from here.
v3.54October 26, 2026
- Re-attaching a custom field keeps its setup (BPM and Sales): putting a field on a service that already has it now changes only the settings you ask for. Before, it quietly reset the field's display conditions, who-can-see-or-edit rules and step binding set in the app - and could make a required field optional.
- Dropdown choices are never lost (Sales, Lead and Dataset): choices given as plain names are saved, and when you change a dropdown's choices the ones it already had keep working, so values already filled in keep showing correctly. Before, choices could be dropped without a word, or renamed in a way that left existing values blank.
v3.53October 23, 2026
- Connectors no longer sign each other out: every Rework connector now has its own sign-in. Connecting a second app - in the same account or the same
/u/... address - keeps the first one working. Before, connecting another Rework connector could end an earlier one's sign-in with "replaced by a newer sign-in".
- Nothing to do if your connectors work - they keep working as they are, with the same address. If a Rework connector keeps losing its sign-in when you add another connector, Disconnect and Connect it once; after that it keeps its own sign-in.
v3.52October 22, 2026
- Success - developer docs (new): six
rework_success_dev_* tools on the Success connector write your API documentation - guide pages with code samples and tables, a page for each API endpoint (parameters, request body, responses), and the sections they sit in. New pages start as drafts.
- Table of contents: see it as readers get it, then nest and reorder sections and move pages between them in one go. Your AI warns you about a page readers can't reach - a published page in an unpublished section, or two pages sharing one address.
- Sync from an OpenAPI file: give it a JSON or YAML file, or a link to one. It previews which endpoint pages would be added or changed and writes nothing until you say go; a tag with no section gets a new one. Pages missing from the file are listed, never removed - archive them only if you ask.
v3.51October 22, 2026
- Workflow - branching rules (new):
rework_wf_branch sets where a job goes when it leaves a stage, based on its fields - for example "if the amount is over 5,000, go to Manager approval; if the type is Internal, go straight to Done". With no match, the job moves on as usual.
- Describe it in plain words: name the fields, choices and stages as you see them in the app. Your AI checks every rule and shows you how it reads before saving, and refuses one that could never work - a stage that is not further along, a field or choice the workflow does not have.
- See and switch: read every stage's rules in one go, and turn a stage's rules off or back on without losing them.
v3.50October 21, 2026
- Academy connector (new) at
/v3/academy/mcp - build courses with rework_academy_* tools: create a course, lay out its sections and lessons (text pages with images, video links, reflection pages) and write its quizzes with answers and explanations.
- Drafts you publish: a new course starts as a draft and your AI never publishes it. Edits keep every lesson and question already in the course, and nothing is removed.
v3.49October 21, 2026
- BPM - cancelling a job works again:
rework_bpm_job_cancel now takes the reason the app asks for. Before, every cancel from your AI was refused.
- The reason is required: it's saved on the job and posted in its discussion, so everyone on the job sees why. If you don't give one, your AI asks you for it rather than making one up.
v3.48October 20, 2026
- BPM - add choices to a dropdown or multi-select field:
rework_bpm_field can now add new choices to a field you already have - just name them.
- Nothing you have changes: existing choices stay exactly as they are, so values already saved on jobs still match; a choice the field already has is skipped, and nothing is removed or renamed.
- Shared fields: a field used by several services gets the new choices everywhere it is used. Changing a shared field needs a BPM admin; a field that belongs to one service only needs manage rights on that service.
- Creating a dropdown now also works with a plain list of choice names.
v3.47October 20, 2026
- Office connector (new) at
/v3/office/mcp - official documents (eOffice) with rework_office_* tools: ask what is waiting for you - documents to review, approve or annotate, number requests to decide, tasks and signatures - and open any document with where it stands: its stage, who holds it and what is still open.
- Work a document from your AI: complete your review or approval with a note, return it with a reason (that's how you reject), move it on to the next stage, draft a reply, comment, and hand out tasks from it.
- Front desk and numbers: log what arrived, register it and route it to the desk that handles it; request an official number from a register. Routing and numbers can't be taken back, so your AI shows you exactly what will happen and waits for your OK.
- Find and file: search by title, number or the text of attached files, see the register book and statistics, file records into digital catalogs, and get an AI summary of a scanned document. Nothing is deleted from here, and who works on a document is still set in the app.
v3.47October 20, 2026
- Meeting - write notes: ask your AI to write a note into a meeting - the minutes, a decision, a shared note or a private note only you see - and to edit it later (
rework_mt_note_edit). You need to be the meeting's host or a member; each person keeps one note of each type per meeting. Notes can't be deleted from here.
v3.46October 20, 2026
- Goal connector (new) at
/v3/goal/mcp - OKRs & KPIs with rework_goal_* tools: ask how a team, a person or you are doing this quarter and get every goal's progress and pace, a line per person, and what needs attention - goals behind pace and goals with no check-in for a week.
- Record results from your AI: give a key result's new value - or several at once - or a KPI's score, with your confidence, a note and a "blocked" flag. It is the app's own check-in: the history, the key result and the goal's progress all update.
- Set goals: create an OKR with its key results and targets, or a KPI, for a year, a quarter or a month; give it an owner, a board and labels; activate, complete or reopen it.
- KPI metrics and alignment: record a KPI metric's value for the period, and see the company and department targets your team's goals contribute to. Nothing is deleted from here.
v3.45October 20, 2026
- Chat - the AI label now leads the message: messages sent through the Chat connector START with a bold line
via Jolie AI (the sender's first name), with the text on the next line - easy to spot at a glance. Editing an older message updates its label.
- Chat - no scheduled sending: the Chat connector now sends messages right away only. To send something later, ask your AI to do it at that time.
v3.44October 20, 2026
- Chat - AI messages are marked: every message, thread reply, scheduled message, edit and forward sent through the Chat connector now ends with a small italic
AI-assisted line. Readers can tell what an AI assistant helped send from what someone typed in the app. It is added automatically and shown in the preview before you confirm.
v3.43October 16, 2026
- Chat connector (new) at
/v3/chat/mcp - team messaging with rework_chat_* tools: see the mentions, replies and DMs waiting for you, read channels, DMs and threads, and search a room.
- Reply from your AI: post in a room, DM people, quote-reply a message, answer in a thread, mention people or schedule a message for later; react, pin, save, edit or forward.
- Preview before anything is sent: every message, edit and forward - and every new room or person added - first shows you the room, the exact text and who will be notified. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
- @all / @everyone stay off unless you ask for them. Nothing is deleted from here.
v3.42October 16, 2026
- Lead - enroll leads in a sequence:
rework_ld_sequence_enroll puts leads into a live sequence - name them, or give their email addresses and your AI finds the matching leads.
- Preview first, always: before anything is sent you see who will be enrolled and who can't be (and why), which mailbox each lead's emails come from, and the first email's subject and send time - including when it waits for the sequence's sending hours. Nothing is enrolled until you confirm.
- Mailbox check: the preview warns you when a lead's owner has no mailbox connected, so emails don't silently go nowhere. Send as each lead's owner (the default) or from your own mailbox.
- Pause, resume or stop one lead's run in a sequence.
v3.41October 16, 2026
- Task connector (new) at
/v3/task/mcp - hand out and follow work with rework_tk_* tools: give a task to a person or a team with a deadline, priority, checklist and sub-tasks, and find any task by its code.
- Your day in one list: what's on you, what you handed out and what you follow - plus the to-dos other apps put on you, such as Sales action plans, Workflow stages and approvals.
- Review & sign-off: ask the person who handed a task out to check it; they accept it or send it back with a note. Start, hold, complete or cancel with a reason, and comment with @mentions.
- Plans & OKRs: see a plan's progress from its linked tasks, post check-ins with their health, record key-result values, and link tasks to a goal.
v3.40October 16, 2026
- See who has access to a BPM service.
rework_bpm_access shows a service's members, the access given to whole groups, and which people own which steps - so you can answer "who can approve this?" without opening the settings.
- It also explains the rules - ask it for the permission table and it lists what each role (service owner, follower, step owner, job creator, viewer) is allowed to do.
- Read-only on purpose. Claude will not add or remove anyone's access; granting and removing access stays with a person in the app.
v3.39October 16, 2026
- Project - comments:
rework_pj_comment reads the discussion on a task, newest first - the full text, who wrote it, when, and the replies under each comment - and pages back to older ones. It works the same on issues, milestones, outcomes, roadmap phases, projects, backlog ideas and bookings.
- Post a comment or a reply as yourself. The team sees it straight away, so your AI shows you the exact text and waits for your OK first. Editing or removing a comment is done in the Project app.
- Open a task with its comments:
rework_pj_item can return a task together with its latest comments and replies.
- Mark a task done - fixed.
rework_pj_item changes a task's status the way the Project app does: draft, active, done, failed, archived, or back from the archive. Marking a task done or reopening it had stopped working. When the project uses review and you can't approve, the task is sent for review instead and your AI says so. Moving a task to another stage (board column) is separate and works as before.
v3.38October 15, 2026
- Request - approvers by department or position: an approval step can name a department (its head approves) or a position (whoever holds it approves) instead of a person - in fixed steps, in the list a filer chooses from, and in rule-based steps. The Request app works out who that is each time a request is filed, so a new manager needs no change to the route. Your AI tells you when a department has no head or a position is vacant.
- Request - who can see and file, by role: a request type can be opened to departments (their people and the teams beneath them), positions and privilege groups, as well as to people.
- Ask your AI for the departments and positions it can use - with who heads or holds each one now.
v3.36October 15, 2026
- Prospectors: create canned responses with
rework_prospector_canned_edit - describe the replies you want and your AI writes them: the shortcut, the message, what it is for, its language and whether AI agents may send it. Your AI first asks where each one should live - one inbox, every inbox in the workspace, or just you - because that can't be changed later.
- Personal touches: use variables such as
{{customer_name}} or {{agent_name}}, with a fallback like {{customer_name|there}}. A variable that wouldn't fill in is caught before it's saved, so customers never see a raw placeholder.
- Many at once: set up dozens of replies for a new team in one go, attach files to any of them, and update them later. Removing one is still done in the Prospect app.
- The canned-response list now pages through everything and can show just the inbox, workspace, personal or AI-ready ones.
v3.35October 15, 2026
- Request - calculated fields:
rework_rq_setup_form adds formula fields (a Total Claim from the expense fields, pay hours from a start and end time, a per-diem that depends on the destination) and conditional formulas (the first matching rule gives the value). Formulas are checked before they are saved, and the Request app recalculates them every time a request is saved. Ask your AI how formulas work - it has a guide with examples.
- Request - tables: set up a table of line items with its columns - text, numbers, dates, choices, people, files, and formula columns such as Qty x Unit price with a total. When filing, give the rows by column name; the formula columns are worked out for you.
- Request - files: file fields can be set up, and filled when filing, in a draft or on an edit - from a direct download link or as a small file, up to 25 MB. Web pages, SVG images and links to private networks are refused with a clear reason.
- Fields made for a request type are hidden from the form here; removing one for good is done in the Request app.
v3.34October 15, 2026
- Analytics connector (new) at
/v3/analytics/mcp - dashboards and reports across Sales, Lead and Request, with rework_insight_* tools.
- Ask for the numbers: counts, totals and averages grouped by stage, owner, source or your own custom fields, by day, week, month or quarter, with filters - nothing is saved.
- Dashboards: save any answer as a chart; create, rename, arrange and copy dashboards; and share them with the people who should view or co-edit them. Each chart keeps its own filters.
- Saved views: filters, sort and columns on a pipeline, directory or lead board - for yourself, or shared with the team by a manager - star one, set the default, switch one off.
- Detail layouts: choose how a deal or lead page is laid out (managers; your AI asks first, since it changes the page for everyone).
- Nothing is deleted from Analytics - remove dashboards and views in the app.
v3.33October 14, 2026
- Workforce: set up a whole company. Your AI can now build the org chart (add, rename, move or retire units, set heads and members), load the job catalogue (job profiles, families, grades, locations, cost centers), and create hundreds of positions with their reporting lines and the people who hold them - each bulk step reports a result for every row.
- Managers and peers with the new
rework_workforce_relations: set each person's first, second and third manager and their peers - the people approvals and reviews go to - for one person or hundreds at once.
- Offices: put people in an office, one or many at once (needs an account admin).
v3.37October 15, 2026
- Sales custom fields - dropdown choices now stick. Adding a dropdown field to a pipeline or directory kept the field but lost its choices, silently, so the field arrived empty. Pass the choices as plain names and they now come out exactly as typed.
- Putting a field on a pipeline is its own step now. Defining a field and actually showing it on a pipeline, account directory or contact directory are two different things - the second has its own action, and it leaves the fields already there untouched. You can also say up front whether it shows on forms, in table views, and whether it is required.
- Clearer refusals. Creating a field without saying which pipeline or directory it is for used to fail with a confusing "not found" that read as though the field were missing. It now tells you exactly what it needs before going anywhere.
- Known limitation: a field's name and choices cannot be corrected after it is created yet. Until that lands, define a new field with the right name and choices and use that one.
- Deal activity - notes and an action plan. A deal now keeps a conversation and a to-do list: add a note and edit your own, and build an action plan of tasks you can assign, give a due date and a priority, then tick off as they are done.
- Record what happened on a deal. Log a call with how long it ran, whether it was inbound or outbound, how it went and who was on it; log a meeting with its time, place and who attended; or write a free-form entry when it was neither. These write history only - nothing is dialled, nothing is scheduled and no invitations are sent.
- It tells you what a deal allows. Before writing, it checks what that particular deal and your rights permit, and if something is not on the table it says which kinds are - instead of just refusing.
v3.30October 14, 2026
- Lead - routing & SLAs (new): set up who gets each lead and how fast they must act. Build routers that check rules (source, country, tier, stage, any field), assign to round-robin, weighted or lead-pool teams, a person or the lead's current owner, and set SLA deadlines that remind the owner, reassign the lead or start another router when they're missed. Routers are saved as drafts and only go live when you publish them.
- Convert qualified leads automatically: a conversion router can turn a lead into a Sales contact - plus a deal at the stage you choose, and an account - as soon as it reaches a qualified stage.
- Teams: create teams, set the order and weights, pause and resume people, and set daily, weekly or open-lead caps.
- SLA results: ask how your SLAs are doing - met vs breached, compliance over time, per owner, the breaches themselves and the reminders and reassignments that followed - and follow any router run step by step.
- Lead pool: see the leads offered to you and claim one.
- Fix - custom fields on a lead service: putting an existing custom field on a lead service, taking it off, and changing whether it is required or shown now work (they failed before). Ask to see a funnel's fields to find ones you can reuse.
v3.29October 14, 2026
- Automation: you publish in the app. For now the Automation connector builds and tests drafts only. Publishing, switching an automation on and pausing it are done in the Automation app, so you review every automation before it goes live.
v3.28October 14, 2026
- Quotes live in Commerce: the Sales connector no longer creates quotes on a deal (that was the old quick form). Build quotes with line items from your price books in the Commerce connector. Orders, contracts and subscriptions on a deal stay in Sales.
v3.27October 13, 2026
- Automation connector (new) at
/v3/automation/mcp - build, test and run automations, with rework_au_* tools.
- Build from a description: your AI picks the trigger and the steps, looks up the services, people and connections they need, and saves a draft that is checked the way the app checks it before publishing. Change drafts step by step, copy an automation or start from a template.
- Test safely: run the draft with sample data and see every step's result and error. Steps that send messages or change data are listed first and only run after you confirm.
- Go live and stop: preview what will start the automation and what it will do, publish it (or publish it switched off), switch it on and pause it.
- Runs and schedules: your automations, scheduled ones and when they run next, recent runs and failures, and the exact step that failed. Nothing is deleted from here - pause instead.
v3.26October 13, 2026
- Commerce - quotes (new): build a full quote in one request - line items picked from your price books by product name or SKU, quantities, line and quote discounts, taxes and fees, section headings, optional lines, a contract term and an expiry date. The app works out every total.
- Many quotes, fast: copy a quote for several customers at once, each with its own name, contacts and expiry.
- Draft to live: your AI tells you what a quote still needs before it can be published, gives you a link to share with the customer, and can record their acceptance or cancel a quote. It never emails a customer or takes a payment, and nothing is deleted.
- Products: picture links must now be web addresses (http/https), and listing a new product in a price book needs its price.
v3.25October 13, 2026
- Mail connector (new) at
/v3/mail/mcp - your own mailbox with rework_mail_* tools: read threads, find contacts and templates, and write a personal email for each person.
- Preview, then send: sending always shows a preview first and only goes out after you confirm; drafts appear in Mail before anything is sent. Mail leaves only from your own mailbox, at most 25 at a time.
- Send later: schedule each email, then reschedule, send now, cancel it back to a draft, or retry one that failed.
- Tidy the inbox: mark read, star, archive, and file a conversation on a Sales deal.
v3.24October 13, 2026
- Townhall connector (new) at
/v3/townhall/mcp - company news and announcements, with rework_townhall_* tools.
- Read the company feed: what was posted this week, one channel or one person's posts, your saved posts, search, and birthdays and work anniversaries.
- Write, then publish: draft letters, news and foundation posts, then publish them to the channels you pick or schedule them; post or schedule updates and announcements; news categories.
- Take part: comment, reply and react; RSVP to events and see who's coming; vote in polls; join channels and invite people.
- Run it: create events and polls, approve or reject posts waiting in channels you manage, and manage your channels. Nothing is deleted from here - unpublish, cancel, close or deactivate instead.
v3.23October 13, 2026
- Meeting - schedule meetings (new):
rework_mt_meeting_edit creates a meeting with its time, people, agenda, location or video link and a meeting room, then moves it, invites more people, cancels, reopens or completes it. Answer an invitation for yourself, or remind an attendee.
- Meeting - repeated meetings (new):
rework_mt_schedule_edit sets up a meeting that repeats daily, weekly, monthly or yearly - on chosen weekdays, on days of the month, or on the first / last weekday of the month - at a time in your time zone. Change, pause, resume or archive it, or create the next meeting now.
- Fixed:
rework_mt_schedule lists and opens your repeated meetings again.
rework_mt_meeting also lists the rooms and equipment a meeting can reserve, and a meeting's room bookings.
- The Meeting connector at
/v3/meeting/mcp is now on the docs page. Nothing is deleted from here: cancel a meeting, or pause or archive a repeated meeting.
v3.22October 13, 2026
- Cowork connector retired. The Cowork app has been retired and its work now lives in the Project and Task apps. The Cowork connector at
/v3/cowork/mcp and /cowork/mcp is removed, together with its rework_cowork_* tools, and Cowork is no longer part of the all-apps connector.
- Where to go instead: use the Project connector at
/v3/project/mcp for projects, boards and their items.
v3.21October 13, 2026
- Workforce connector (new) at
/v3/workforce/mcp - your organisation in one place, with rework_workforce_* tools.
- Org chart and people: read the org chart, a team and its members, or anyone's position and teams.
- Positions: open, edit or retire a position; assign someone, hand it over or end it - with the full history.
- Headcount planning: add, approve and turn plan items into open positions; set budgets per team or cost center.
- Results: log outputs and hours, and check in KPI values.
v3.20October 12, 2026
- Booking connector (new) at
/v3/booking/mcp - book meeting rooms, cars and equipment the way you book a calendar slot, with rework_booking_* tools.
- What's free: ask for a time and get every room or device of a group at once - the free ones, and for the taken ones the booking in the way, or the gap or time limit that blocks it.
- Book and change: book, move to another time or room, cancel, check in, extend a meeting that runs over, or finish early; read the calendar for a day or a week.
- Set up: create the groups and the rooms or devices people can book, with their rules - gap between bookings, longest booking, monthly limit, check-in, who may book.
v3.19October 12, 2026
- Request connector (new) at
/v3/request/mcp - approval requests with rework_rq_* tools: see what is waiting on you, file a request with its form filled in by field name, and approve, reject, forward or send it back with a note.
- Every request type, its own form: your AI prepares the request with
rework_rq_request_form - the type's fields, choices, table columns and approval rules - asks you only for what's missing, and files once you confirm. If a request can't be filed, nothing is saved and you're told exactly why.
- Set up request types (admins): create a type, build its form and its approval route - fixed approvers, tagged approvers, managers and rules such as "above 100,000,000 the CEO approves" - and check where a request would go before anyone files one.
- Follow every step: each approval step with who decided and their note, the request's activity, and its comments and posts.
- Drafts and recurring requests: keep a draft and file it later, or have a request file itself every day, week or month - at the time you give, in your workspace's timezone.
- Work Ops at
/v3/work/mcp now includes Request.
v3.18October 8, 2026
- Event connector (new) at
/v3/event/mcp - your events with rework_event_* tools: create an event in one request, change only what you mention, add tickets, an agenda and speakers, and publish it when you're ready.
- Guest lists: who registered, who is waiting for approval, who has arrived, orders and the waitlist - plus adding guests, loading a list and checking people in at the door.
- Times in the event's timezone: say "November 20, 2 pm" and it is read in the event's own timezone.
- Asks before emailing: the first publish of an event announces it to the organizer's subscribers, so your AI tells you how many and asks first.
- Marketing Ops at
/v3/marketing/mcp now includes Event.
v3.17October 1, 2026
- Prospectors follows the app's rename to Prospect - every
rework_prospector_* tool works with the renamed app.
- Build automations from a plain-words request: describe what should happen - "after hours, reply that we're offline, then send the chat to the Support team" - and your AI builds the flow with
rework_prospector_flow: the right trigger, replies, questions with answer checks, business-hours branches, follow-ups when a customer goes quiet, AI replies and classification, and routing to a team through your Routers.
- Test before it goes live: run a flow in a sandbox and play the customer, then publish. Afterwards, check each run step by step or stop one.
- Nothing guessed:
rework_prospector_lookup finds the real inboxes, channels, stages, AI agents, people, routers and booking forms a flow uses.
- Changed: the team list is gone - teams now live in Routers. Conversation lists no longer filter by team, and the broadcast list takes one or more inboxes.
v3.16September 30, 2026
- Form connector (new) at
/v3/form/mcp - forms anyone can fill in from a link, with rework_form_* tools: create a form with all its questions in one request, lay them out in sections and pages, publish it and share the link, then read, triage and summarise the responses.
- Logic and pre-fill: show a question only when an earlier answer matches, fill a hidden question from the link (campaign, source), or copy another answer.
- After submit: rules on the answers email your team, send the response to a webhook, and show a thank-you message or redirect - checked before they are saved.
- Design: twelve themes plus your own colours, corners, font, width and button style.
v3.15September 30, 2026
- Custom fields for Field with
rework_field_customfield - decide what each service collects: on a visit-planning service the fields are filled on every visit, on a field-service service on every job. Add a field for just that service, or reuse a shared one your workspace already has so reports line up across services.
- Fill them by name: set custom-field values on a visit, a job or an appointment's work form - pick a choice by its name, give dates as YYYY-MM-DD - and every other value on the record stays as it was.
- Dropdowns you can grow: add choices to an existing dropdown and the values already filled keep showing correctly.
v3.14September 28, 2026
- Inventory connector (new) at
/v3/inventory/mcp - your warehouses and stock with rework_inventory_* tools: warehouses and their bins, stock on hand / reserved / available per bin and across warehouses, receipts from suppliers, deliveries to customers, transfers between warehouses and stock counts, reason codes, low-stock alerts and reorder suggestions, and stock value.
- Documents in one request: describe a receipt, delivery, transfer or count and your AI creates it with all its lines, then posts it. A delivery or transfer holds the stock first and is refused if there isn't enough; a receipt covers every line at its purchase price; transferred goods keep their cost at the destination.
- Sales Ops adds Inventory:
/v3/salesops/mcp now carries your warehouses and stock next to deals, leads, field work and the product catalog.
v3.13September 28, 2026
- Commerce connector (new) at
/v3/commerce/mcp - your products and prices with rework_commerce_* tools: catalogs with categories and labels, products and their variants, price books, what each product sells at, and quantity-based price rules.
- Products: find a product by name, code or SKU; create and edit products - one-off or monthly / yearly subscriptions - and add variants, each priced on its own.
- Prices: list products in a price book, set or change what they sell at, add volume tiers and discounts, and check the price for any quantity.
- Sales Ops adds Commerce:
/v3/salesops/mcp now carries your catalog and price books next to deals, leads and field work.
- Nothing is deleted through the connector - retire catalogs, products, price books, prices and rules instead.
v3.12September 28, 2026
- Lead - notes and activity logs (new):
rework_ld_lead_note writes on a lead's activity stream. Add a note (with an optional colour), and log a call or a meeting that already happened - who was on it, the outcome, how long it took and what was said. Logged meetings count toward the lead's engagement.
- Edit and pin: correct a note later - only what you ask to change is changed, the rest of the note stays as it was - and pin important entries to the top of the stream.
- Logging a call or meeting only records it: nothing is dialled and nobody is invited. Emails aren't logged by hand - the ones you send from a connected mailbox appear on the stream by themselves.
v3.11September 28, 2026
- Lead - outreach sequences (new): ask your AI to build a follow-up sequence and it creates it with every step in one go - automatic emails and chats, plus call, LinkedIn, SMS, personal-email, direct-mail and to-do tasks for your reps, each placed on its day. The waits between days are handled for you.
- Write the emails in the same request: give each email its subject and body and a matching email template is created and attached for you (you can also reuse an existing template).
- Chat steps are placeholders: they're added empty so you can finish the message in the app. A sequence is saved as a draft and goes live when you publish it; building or publishing one never sends anything on its own.
v3.10September 25, 2026
- Visit is now Field. The app was renamed, and the connector follows: the new link is
/v3/field/mcp and the tools are now rework_field_*. The old /v3/visit/mcp link and rework_visit_* names no longer work - re-add the connector with the new link. The Everything and Sales Ops connectors carry Field automatically.
- Simpler crew lifecycle: the separate "travelling / depart" step is gone - checking in takes a planned appointment straight to ongoing.
- Slot proposals (new): a crew member can propose an appointment slot on a job; a manager approves it (the proposer becomes the assignee) or declines it with a reason, and the proposer can withdraw and track their own proposals.
- My queue: ask for your own assigned appointments across every job, filtered by service, status or date window.
v3.9September 23, 2026
- Workflow connector (new) at
/v3/workflow/mcp - run work through your pipelines with rework_wf_* tools: browse workflows and their ordered stages, create jobs, and drive each one stage to stage - advance, send back, fail, reassign, move on the board, star or archive.
- Stay on top of work: a personal task inbox of the stages waiting on you, a dashboard of active / overdue jobs and open todos, and a checklist on any job.
- Set the pipeline up: recurring schedules that spawn jobs, labels & tags, end-reasons for when a job is completed or failed, and the compose form.
- Its own connector: Workflow ships on its own link,
/v3/workflow/mcp - add it next to any other Rework connector you already use.
v3.8September 23, 2026
- Dataset connector (new) at
/v3/dataset/mcp - your own custom tables with rework_ds_* tools: create tables in folders, pick their columns from the shared field library, then add, edit and reorder rows and fill every cell.
- Work at scale: create or update up to 100 rows at once, filter, sort and page through large tables, search across every table, and group or summarize rows without exporting.
- Views & sharing: save named views (filter, sort, layout) and set the default; share tables and rows with teammates.
- Its own connector: Dataset ships on its own link,
/v3/dataset/mcp - add it next to any other Rework connector you already use.
- Success connector (new) at
/v3/success/mcp - write your Help Center with rework_success_* tools: draft and edit articles with images (size, alignment and captions), sort them into categories, publish them onto your public Help Center site, and keep a glossary of terms.
- Marketing Ops bundle (new) at
/v3/marketing/mcp - Lead and Prospectors together: capture, nurture and answer in one connector.
- Sales Ops adds Visit: field visits, check-ins and field jobs now sit next to your deals and leads in
/v3/salesops/mcp.
- Feedback from any v3 connector: ask your AI to send a feature request or report an issue with
rework_feedback_submit - it goes straight to the Rework team.
v3.7September 9, 2026
- Sales connector (new) at
/v3/sales/mcp - your CRM with rework_sl_* tools: run deal pipelines end to end, open a deal and fill its custom fields, move it between stages, then close it won or lost with a reason. See a pipeline as a board with per-stage totals, or page the whole table with filters.
- Companies & people: create and edit accounts and contacts, set owners and collaborators, and read any party with their whole deal history - plus find and merge duplicates.
- What you are selling: product line items with price, quantity and discount; the extra people on the buying committee; and quotes, orders, contracts or subscriptions, each with its own status.
- Forecasting: commit deals to a monthly forecast against quotas, read the quota gap, and aggregate any slice of the CRM into numbers.
- Sales Ops bundle (new) at
/v3/salesops/mcp - Sales and Lead together in one connector, covering the whole path from a captured lead to a closed deal.
- Everything connector at
/v3/mcp now carries 146 tools across nine apps, with Sales included.
v3.6September 8, 2026
- Lead connector (new) at
/v3/lead/mcp - CRM & marketing with rework_ld_* tools: run your lead funnels (custom fields, stages & labels), capture leads, then move them through stages & statuses as they qualify. Read a lead in full - fields, activity, feed, ad attribution & associations.
- Marketing built in: campaigns with spend, budget & UTM plus per-campaign analytics; gateway events routed into the right funnel; sources & channels; contact profiles (de-duplicated, with a timeline across every funnel).
- Insights & audiences: cross-funnel counts, trends & activity, and build an audience from your leads to push to an ad provider for retargeting or look-alikes.
v3.5August 14, 2026
- Prospectors connector (new) at
/v3/prospectors/mcp - your omni-channel messaging inbox with rework_prospector_* tools: read services, channels (WhatsApp / Telegram / Instagram / ...), conversations & messages, contacts, labels / teams / templates / canned replies, custom fields and broadcasts - every channel in one place.
- Automations:
rework_prospector_flow builds "flows" - a trigger (new conversation, keyword, button, ...) plus a node graph that can send, assign, branch, wait or hand off to an AI agent - then saves, publishes, pauses or runs them.
v3.4August 7, 2026
- Serviceflow is now BPM. The app has a new name - same services, jobs and flows, nothing to migrate.
- New connector address:
/v3/bpm/mcp. Its tools are now named rework_bpm_*.
- Reconnect once: the old addresses have been retired, so point your connector at
/v3/bpm/mcp. Your sign-in still works - only the address changed.
- Tagging moved to the stage: use
rework_bpm_stage_tags to tag the stage a job is at; a job now shows the tags of the stages it is currently in.
- Reuse your data fields:
rework_bpm_field shows which fields your workspace already has before you add another - attach an existing one to a service, or create a new one when nothing fits. Fewer near-duplicate fields means reports that actually line up across services.
v3.3July 17, 2026
- Visit connector (new) at
/v3/visit/mcp - field service & visit planning with rework_visit_* tools, covering both service models in one connector.
- Field service, end to end: jobs for your customers, appointments with the full crew lifecycle -
dispatch, assign, depart, check-in, check-out, plus no-show, reschedule and reopen - and a dispatcher board showing exactly what needs action now.
- Visit planning: recurring plans (one rep + their accounts + a weekly / monthly recurrence) that compute the visit schedule; one-off planned visits and direct check-ins; per-account route notes for the field team.
- Operations built in: work shifts (check-ins happen on shift), customers & contacts live from the Sales app, per-account visit history, comment threads, customer feedback with ratings & tags.
- Reports: field-service performance (completion, on-time, per-technician) and visit coverage, plus dashboards.
v3.2June 25, 2026
- Project connector (new) at
/v3/project/mcp - project & portfolio delivery with rework_pj_* tools: projects, boards (many task boards + an issue tracker), tasks, milestones, outcomes & a ranked backlog, documents (a project's page & folder tree via rework_pj_doc), reports & dashboards.
- Stages & phases:
rework_pj_stage sets the shared columns every project in a service moves through (item stages + project stages); rework_pj_phase groups tasks into time-boxed roadmap phases and rolls up each phase's progress, workload & cost.
- Project P&L:
rework_pj_resource books workload (time), cost and income per project, so every project shows real revenue, cost & profit - not just effort.
- One-call reads:
rework_pj_page returns a whole page at once - your portfolio, a project's items, milestones, phases, or its costs / incomes / workloads.
v3.1June 17, 2026
- Cowork connector (new) at
/v3/cowork/mcp - project management with rework_cowork_* tools: workspaces & their stages, projects, boards (Tasks / Flow / Cost / RIDAC / Docs / Files), tasks, planning (milestones, WBS, outcomes, roadmap, backlog), budget, issues & check-ins, docs & files, and search.
- Per-app connectors - each v3 app now has its own endpoint at
/v3/<app>/mcp (e.g. /v3/bpm/mcp, /v3/cowork/mcp), so you add only the apps you need. One Rework sign-in covers them all.
v3.0June 12, 2026
- Rework v3 connector (new) - the first v3 app: BPM, with its own
rework_bpm_* tools.
- Separate per-user sign-in - connect with your own Rework account; your password is never seen or stored.
- Discovery:
rework_bpm_me, rework_bpm_service_list, rework_bpm_service_get (with includeBlocks = the full flow graph).
- Flow authoring in one tool:
rework_bpm_flow_edit - update the service, add / edit / delete blocks, wire the routing, validate the graph.
- Jobs end-to-end:
rework_bpm_job_create / _list / _get (live per-stage state) / _update / _cancel, and rework_bpm_job_advance - submit Manual forms, approve / reject Approvals, confirm / retry paused AI steps.
- Collaboration:
rework_bpm_discussion_create (posts + threaded replies) and rework_bpm_todo (stage checklists with assignee + deadline).
