rework_deal_add_activity lets your assistant add to a deal's timeline: a note, a to-do (with an assignee and a due date), a call that already happened (who, when, how long, answered or missed) or a meeting that already happened (title, time, place). Each one is saved in its own Rework app - Todos, Calls, Meetings - and linked to the deal, exactly as if you had added it from the deal page. Recording a call does not dial anyone, and recording a meeting sends no invitations.rework_deal_activity now also lists the deal's to-dos.rework_deal_activity gives a deal's timeline newest-first - notes in full, calls and meetings with their logged detail, and tasks - so your assistant can get up to speed on an account before a call. rework_account_activity and rework_contact_activity do the same for a company or a person. Narrow it with kinds (notes, calls, meetings, ...) and cap the length with limit.includeEmail=false to leave them out.rework_task_recurrence_create takes the schedule in plain terms - every N days, every N weeks on chosen weekdays, monthly on given dates or "the first Monday", or yearly on set dates - with a start and an optional end date, the assignee, a deadline time, subtasks, a checklist and custom fields. rework_task_recurrence_list / _get show each schedule in plain words with the tasks it has created. rework_task_recurrence_update changes a schedule, or pauses and resumes it, without losing its subtasks, checklist or field values (pause one instead of deleting it). rework_task_recurrence_run creates the next task right away.rework_task_due_list lists the open tasks whose start date or deadline has arrived - on a board, in a project or assigned to you - with an overdue flag, so your assistant can pick up and finish the work that is due.rework_task_status now takes done=true or done=false to set a task's state directly, and is safe to repeat. Completing a task created by a recurring schedule never changes the schedule.rework_analytics_fields now knows your Workflows data: pass engine='job' and a workflow id to see what you can group, measure and filter by - stage, status, assignee, creator, tags and dates, plus that workflow's own fields from the intake form and every stage, with their names and options. Ask "jobs per stage in the Onboarding workflow", "done vs failed jobs per month" or "average order value by assignee", then save it as a Workflows dashboard with rework_analytics_dashboard_create + rework_analytics_report_create. Available on the WorkOps, Analytics and full connectors.rework_job_list can now return archived jobs: pass archived='only' for just the archived ones or archived='include' for everything. Each job now also shows its status (active / done / failed) and whether it is archived. By default the list still shows current jobs only.https://aiconnector.rework.com/visits/mcp to read your sales team's customer-visit check-in / check-out logs. rework_visits_service_list lists your visit services and rework_visits_roster maps a sales executive's id to their name. rework_visits_list gives the check-in / check-out log by date and by executive - the executive's name, the customer, check-in and check-out times, and location. rework_visits_daily_summary gives each executive's earliest check-in and latest check-out per day. rework_visits_get opens one visit in full. All times are shown in Philippine time. Read-only; a cross-executive view needs manager access.https://aiconnector.rework.com/workrules/mcp to work with your company's policy documents. Read: rework_workrule_list (the rule catalog), rework_workrule_search (find a rule by name), rework_workrule_get_log (a rule's history) and rework_workrule_config (doctypes & storages). Write: rework_workrule_create (draft a new policy in a space, sent by a group), rework_workrule_edit (update its main info), rework_workrule_announce (broadcast a published rule to its teams) and rework_workrule_archive (archive / trash / restore). Archiving is reversible - there is no permanent delete.https://aiconnector.rework.com/people/mcp for admins / HR to review how a staff member is doing: rework_people_roster (the staff list), rework_people_attendance_summary (per-person check-in days & hours), rework_people_checkins (the actual check-in / check-out times), rework_people_shifts (scheduled shifts) and rework_people_leave (time-off). Read-only, and you only see the people you have HR / manager access to.rework_prospect_channel_assign: hand a channel (conversation) to a user by setting its owner / assignee. Great for lead-routing - e.g. route a Messenger conversation to the lead's owner. Prospectors was read-only before./leads/mcp, Workflows /workflows/mcp, Projects /projects/mcp, Meetings /meetings/mcp, Meta Ads /metaads/mcp, Analytics /analytics/mcp and Datasets /datasets/mcp - alongside the existing Finance, Requests, Automations & Prospectors. Sales /sales/mcp is now the focused Sales CRM (pipelines, deals, accounts & contacts) - meetings, datasets & analytics moved to their own connectors above (or use Full). The all-in-one /mcp and the GTM & WorkOps bundles are unchanged; the full list of connectors is on the docs page so you don't have to guess a URL.rework_analytics_dashboard_create (create a saved dashboard) and rework_analytics_report_create (add a chart widget to it). Say "make a Leads dashboard with new leads per week, a stage funnel and a status breakdown" and it's built and saved in the app, ready to open. Pick any chart type - column, bar, line, pie, funnel, pivot table, summary number, word cloud or stacked column / bar. Works across Leads, Sales & Workflows.https://aiconnector.rework.com/automations/mcp: create an automation, build & publish its flow (trigger on Leads / Sales / Workflow events, add conditions, run multi-step actions), and manage connector credentials - without leaving chat.rework_request_service_create + rework_request_service_create_field: build a new approval service (e.g. a "Payment Request" form) end-to-end - create the service and add its custom fields - not just submit to existing ones.rework_workflow_get_fields (job fields), rework_pipeline_get_fields (deal fields), rework_board_get_fields (task fields). Leads, Datasets & Requests already do this via rework_leadservice_schema, rework_dataset_get & rework_request_service_list.rework_job_create now matches the custom fields you provide to the workflow's real fields automatically - rich-text and other custom fields save reliably the first time, and an unmatched field returns a clear message listing the workflow's actual fields instead of a confusing rejection.rework_prospect_service_list, rework_prospect_channel_list, rework_prospect_channel_get, rework_prospect_messages, rework_prospect_message_search). New connector: https://aiconnector.rework.com/prospectors/mcp - read-only.rework_request_service_list, rework_request_list, rework_request_get, rework_request_create, rework_request_action, rework_request_comment, rework_request_comments).
